Inactive Account: An account may be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts.

• Bet cancellation due to loss of internet connection.
• Service disruption from a third-party payment provider.
• Unexpected technical issues.
• Account information compromised due to the member's own negligence.

In all cases, tdb222's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance available in the user's account.
